Coffee in the United States is served by three kinds of places: national chains with drive-thrus and mobile ordering, independent neighborhood cafes that double as a workspace or a meeting spot, and specialty shops that roast their own beans or buy single-origin lots and brew them by pour-over, espresso or cold brew. Most open between 6 and 7 a.m. on weekdays, slightly later on weekends, and the busiest hour is the commute rush before 9. A drip coffee runs a few dollars, espresso drinks and specialty pours more, and tipping a dollar or a percentage on the card reader is customary but not required. Nearly every cafe offers free Wi-Fi, though some limit laptop seating at peak times or on weekends, and outlets are often the scarce resource.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. On most of those days it is open 9 am–5 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Noted Coffee Roasters at (440) 865-9465; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Grafton is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Grafton follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

My Mom got me a world coffee tour box from Atlas Coffee Club. First one we tried was a dark roast from Peru recommended for the mocha pot. Wife and I both dumped that Peru down the drain and brewed a pot of Noted Colombia in the mocha pot.

These are some good beans. I purchased a bag at the Grafton Old Time Christmas and had an excellent cup of coffee. Interestingly, both my aeropress and drip coffee machine produced delicious cups. I’ve never found beans that can do both so well. If you haven’t gone on their website, check it out. Seems like a really good guy just making a great product. What more could you want?

I love this coffee!! There is nothing that compares to such fresh ground coffee. This is now my Go-To coffee forever because nothing is equal.

As both a long-time coffee drinker and also a hobbyist-level roaster, I have a huge appreciation for a good cup of coffee. Much like with craft beer, I have happily observed the sea change from having just a discrete number of choices from a relatively small handful of huge commercial producers to now enjoying a wide range of types that cater to all tastes, preferences and expectations. I used to tell myself (and friends) when it comes to a cup of coffee - even if it is mediocre - that it’s still coffee! And that even a so-so cup would do if you just want a quick pick-up and a dose of caffeine. Well, not anymore. Along the way, with the privilege of traveling and trying roasts all over the US made with beans sourced from all over the world, I have refined my palette a bit and come to recognize and enjoy the flavors that properly-roasted coffees offer. As part of my β€œcoffee journey " and now having also roasted over 200 batches, I came across Noted Coffee Roasters about 3 months ago and have since tried four different roasts from noted (Organic Peru, Guatemala, Sumatra, and a Kenya Kabngetuny). Right off the bat, I liked the packaging and specifically, the ability to re-use/

I’m so happy I found Noted; they’re one of the few roasters in Ohio doing an incredible job profiling nice single origin coffees. The Kenya AA Kabngetuny was exceptional and is still to date one of the best profiled Kenya’s I’ve had in a few years. I can’t wait for Noted to open a brick & mortar location some day!
